Big Walk has been promoted through four major official videos, released over a two-and-a-half-year marketing campaign:
Reveal Trailer (December 2023)
First shown at The Game Awards 2023. This 1:32 trailer introduced Big Walk to the world, showing the cooperative walking-and-talking concept for the first time. The trailer has accumulated over 246,000 views on YouTube (House House official channel).
The reveal established the core premise: friends exploring an open world together, using proximity voice chat and creative communication tools. It set the tone for the game's relaxed, cooperative atmosphere.
Gameplay Overview (June 7, 2025)
The most-viewed official video at 980,000+ views. Released alongside Steam's Day of the Devs showcase, this comprehensive overview showed actual gameplay mechanics, puzzle types, tools, and the island environment.
This video is the best official resource for understanding how Big Walk actually plays. It demonstrates the proximity voice system, tool usage, puzzle-solving, and the general flow of a cooperative session.
Launch Trailer (August 4, 2026)
The 1:07 launch trailer was released on the game's launch day. The official description reads: "Take a look at the Launch Trailer for Big Walk, a co-op adventure exploration game developed by House House. Players will explore a vast open world filled with challenges, puzzles, and more to discover with friends through proximity chat."
The launch trailer was also released as the "Big Walk is out now!" video on the House House YouTube channel. An earlier "Release Date Announcement" video (4:02) was shown during Nintendo Direct in June 2026.
